The team comprises Alex Surplice and Toni Barnes. Both hold Delta's Certificate IV in Behioural Dog Training and have been helping people train their dogs in both voluntary and professional capacities since the late 1990s. Magda Kanavas holds Delta's Certificate IV in Companion Animal Services and also volunteers at a local dog club. Alex May is a current Delta Student and assists with puppy classes.
ALEX SURPLICE
Alex gained the Certificate IV in Behavioural Training through the Delta Society Australia in 2003. She is a Canine Good Citizen Instructor and Assessor. In 2012 Alex received certification in Canine Remedial Massage. In 2013 she became a Greenhound Assessor and works with Greyhounds As Pets assessing their greys and any others who come from other welfare facilities. She is also a Delta Therapy Dog Assessor, and continues to volunteer as an instructor with her local dog club.

TONI BARNES
Toni gained her Certificate IV in Behavioural Training through the Delta Society in 2004. Toni is also a professional Groomer with her own business "Paws 4 Effect". In 2013 she became a Greenhound Assessor and with Alex is assessing greyhounds for greencollars. Toni's greyhounds have also been assessed as Delta Therapy Dogs and they visit a facility on a weekly basis.
Toni works with Alex at their puppy classes and also the evening Pet Dog Training classes at St Ives.
MAGDA KANAVAS
Magda gained her Certificate IV in Companion Animal Services through the Delta Society in 2022. Magda has worked with Alex over the last 4 years with both puppy and group pet dog training classes.
